(1) ACT PROMPTLY
Check with a Solicitor you have the correct court orders and paperwork.
Firstly a 146/21 or 8 notice must be served on the tenant.
A possession order from the county court must be obtained. (Section 42 of the County courts act 1984). When applying for a possession order you can transfer up to the High Court and obtain a writ of possession.
A writ of possession must be obtained from the High Court to proceed with eviction by a High Court Enforcement agent.
